Step 1: Run Your Search
Go to the Search page.
Apply the filters you need, such as subscriber count, engagement rate, niche, or email availability.
Once you're happy with your results, you're ready to download.
Step 1B: Export a Saved Channel List
You can also export a custom list of channels you've previously saved:
Go to Saved Channel Lists from your dashboard.
Open the list you wish to export.
Review the channels and remove any you don’t want to include.
Step 2: Download the YouTube Channel List
On the search results or saved list page, click the Download Data List button.
This will open the Download Channel Data page, where you can select the type of data you need.
Step 3: Choose Your Download Type
Select the data that matters most for your campaign. All downloads include basic channel data, but contact info (emails and social handles) costs more credits.
Choose from:
Email Addresses – 1 credit per channel.
Social Handles – 0.2 credits per channel.
Email and Social Handles – Up to 1.2 credits per channel.
Basic Channel Data – 0.1 credits per channel (no contact info).
Tip: If you're not going to start with immediate outreach, basic data might be all you need.
Step 4: Refine Your Download
Narrow down your export based on the type of contact information you want:
Option 1: Emails
Only include channels with email:
Ideal for outreach campaigns where email is your primary contact method.
Include channels with email, plus basic data for other channels:
Useful if you plan to manually search for contact info for channels without an email.
Option 2: Social Handles
Only include channels with social handles:
Best if you're planning to contact creators via social platforms.
Include channels with social handles, plus basic data for other channels:
Helpful if you want contact-ready channels but also the full list for future research.
Option 3: Email and Social Handles
This option gives you the most flexibility:
Include channels with either social handles or email:
Ideal if you only need one point of contact and are flexible on which.
Only include channels with both email and social handles:
Best if you only want highly contactable channels.
Include channels with social handles or emails, plus basic data for other channels:
Perfect if you want any available contact info while keeping the full list for database building or future outreach.
Option 4: Channel Data Only
There is no refinement here, as this option only includes basic channel data. You will get the full list of channels.
Step 5: Confirm Credit Use
Once you’ve refined your list, review the Order Summary on the right side of the page.
If you have enough credits, click Confirm and Download. Credits will be deducted immediately.
If you need more credits, click Purchase Credits to top up and complete your download.
