How to Sign Up for ChannelCrawler
Step 1: Click create account 1. Go to the account creation page Step 2: Enter Your Details 1. Enter your work email address. 2. Or click Sign up with Google for a faster process. 3. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 4. Click Get started. Step 3: Set Your Password 1. Enter your full name, password, and repeat password. 2. Your password must be at least 9 characters long and include one uppercase letter. 3. Click Confirm password to proceed. Step 4: Verify Your Email (If Required) Check your inbox for a verification email from ChannelCrawler. Enter the code you receive in your inbox. You're Ready to Go! Once your account is set up, you can: - Start searching for YouTubers to sponsor. - See your brands share of voice. - Find creators being rebooked. Frequently Asked Questions Do I need a credit card to sign up? - No. Signing up for the free plan doesn’t require payment details. Can I change my plan after signing up? - Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your Account Settings. What if I don’t get the verification email? - Check your spam folder or click Resend Verification on the sign-up page. - Check you have entered the right email If you still don't get the email, contact us at support@channelcrawler.com and we'll resolve it for you. What are search credits
Search credits are deducted each time you conduct a search within the platform. They are used in when viewing channels in the "Discover" or "brand visibility features. Here’s how it works: Search Credits Deduction Credits are deducted based on the number of results displayed in your search. For example: - If 20 results appear on the first page, 20 search credits will be deducted. - If you go to the second page and there are 16 results left, 16 more search credits will be deducted. - If you use multiple filters and only 5 channels appear, 5 search credits will be deducted. Track Your Credits You can check your remaining search credits anytime in your user dashboard. Do search credits expire? - Monthly credits reset at the start of each months billing cycle. What happens if I run out of credits? - Wait until the next billing cycle, or upgrade your plan for more search credits.

Understand how credits work for unlocking emails and exporting channel data. ChannelCrawler uses a single credit system for both email unlocks and CSV downloads. Whether you're unlocking influencer email addresses or exporting channel lists, all credits come from the same pool. How Do Credits Work? Credits can be used for two main actions: 1. Unlocking Emails: 1 credit unlocks 1 influencer email address. 2. Downloading Channel Data: The number of credits depends on the type of export: - Basic Channel information: 0.1 credits per channel - Email Addresses: 1 credit per channel Tip: If you're building a channel list without contact info, exporting basic data uses fewer credits. How Many Credits Do You Get? Credits are included with your subscription and reset every month: - Starter Plan: 50 credits per month - Power Plan: 250 credits per month If you run out, you can buy more credits anytime. The more you buy, the lower the cost per credit. Do Credits Expire? - Monthly Credits: Reset automatically every month with your subscription. - Purchased Credits: Never expire, you can use them whenever you need. Where to Check Your Credit Balance You can see your remaining credits by: 1. Visiting your Account Dashboard. 2. Checking the Export Page when downloading data. What Happens if I Run Out of Credits? - You won't be able to unlock emails or download data until you purchase more credits. - Click Purchase Credits during an export to top up instantly, or purchase more from your account dashboard.
