Quick answers to common issues:

Why can't I find a specific channel?

ChannelCrawler is designed to help you find and connect with YouTube creators, but you may notice that some channels are not listed. This can happen for several reasons. 1. The channel does not meet the minimum subscriber requirement To maintain high-quality results, ChannelCrawler only includes channels that have reached a minimum subscriber count. Channels below this threshold are not included on our site. We store records of channels until they meet that requirement. 2. The channel was removed or deleted on YouTube If a YouTube channel has been deleted or suspended it will no longer be show. Channels that change their name or URL may also take time to be updated in our system. 3. The channel was excluded from search results Channels may be excluded from search results due to user requests or other filtering criteria. You may have left another filter on by accident, or added some that exclude the channel you want to find. 4. The channel has not been indexed yet While ChannelCrawler has one of the most extensive databases available, we do not have access to every single YouTube channel. Our system finds and indexes as many channels as possible, but there may be some that have not yet been discovered. What can you do if you can’t find a channel? If you’re looking for a specific channel and can’t find it, here’s what you can try: - Double-check the channel name – sometimes, slight variations in spelling can affect search results. - Use different filters – adjust your search criteria to see if the channel appears under different conditions. - Wait for updates – if the channel is new, it may be added in an upcoming database refresh. - Ask us to add it - Send us an email to support@channelcrawler.com and we'll have this aded for you. If you believe a channel should be listed but isn’t appearing, feel free to reach out to ChannelCrawler support for further assistance.

What happens if my search isn't loading?

If your search on ChannelCrawler isn’t loading, it could be due to several factors. Here’s what might be causing the issue and how you can resolve it. 1. The search is taking longer than usual ChannelCrawler processes large amounts of YouTube data, and depending on your search criteria, it may take some time to load results. More complex searches with multiple filters can take longer to process. What to do: - Wait a little longer to see if the search completes. - Try refreshing the page. 2. A temporary connection issue Network problems on your end or a brief issue with the ChannelCrawler server may cause a search to freeze. What to do: - Ensure you have a stable internet connection. - Try opening ChannelCrawler in a different browser or device. - Clear your cache and reload the page. 3. A technical issue on ChannelCrawler’s side While rare, there may be an issue with ChannelCrawler’s system preventing searches from loading. What to do: - Check if the site is working for other searches. - Contact ChannelCrawler support if the issue continues. If you've tried these steps and your search still isn’t loading, reach out to us for assistance. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue - support@channelcrawler.com
