Import lists of YouTube channels and export your results
How to export & download YouTube channel lists to CSV
Step 1: Run Your Search 1. Go to the Search page. 2. Apply the filters you need, such as subscriber count, engagement rate, niche, or email availability. 3. Once you're happy with your results, you're ready to download. Step 1B: Export a Saved Channel List You can also export a custom list of channels you've previously saved: 1. Go to Saved Channel Lists from your dashboard. 2. Open the list you wish to export. 3. Review the channels and remove any you don’t want to include. Step 2: Download the YouTube Channel List 1. On the search results or saved list page, click the Download Data List button. 2. This will open the Download Channel Data page, where you can select the type of data you need. Step 3: Choose Your Download Type Select the data that matters most for your campaign. All downloads include basic channel data, but contact info (emails and social handles) costs more credits. Choose from: - Email Addresses – 1 credit per channel (you'll also receive social handles and the full channel summary included.) - Channel Summary – 0.1 credits per channel (no contact info). Tip: If you're not going to start with immediate outreach, basic data might be all you need. Step 4: Refine Your Download Narrow down your export based on the type of contact information you want: Option 1: Emails - Only include channels with email: - Ideal for outreach campaigns where email is your primary contact method. - Include channels with email plus channel summary for other channels: - Useful if you plan to manually search for contact info for channels without an email. Option 2: Channel Data Only There is no refinement here, as this option only includes basic channel data. You will get the full list of channels. Step 5: Confirm Credit Use 1. Once you’ve refined your list, review the Order Summary on the right side of the page. 2. If you have enough credits, click Confirm and Download. Credits will be deducted immediately. 3. If you need more credits, click Purchase Credits to top up and complete your download. Step 6: Download Your CSV Your CSV file will be prepared and available via: - Your inbox: Check your email for the download link. - ChannelCrawler: Head to the Export Home Page to access your download. You can open the CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. Now you're ready to build your YouTube channel list. Try exporting your first CSV today!
How to Import a List of YouTube Channels
Importing a CSV file of YouTube channels helps you in two ways: 1. Enrich your list with emails – When you upload a list of channels, you can extract emails for any channels we already have contact information for. 2. Deduplicate future exports – Channels you’ve imported won’t be included in your future exports, so you won’t waste credits on duplicates. Here’s how to set it up: 1. Prepare Your CSV File To ensure your CSV file is ready for import: - It must contain exactly one column. - The first row should be the column header (any name is acceptable). - Include either YouTube channel URLs (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxxxxxxx) or channel IDs. - Maximum file size: 10 MB. Example CSV structure: plaintextCopyEditchannel_url https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxxxxxxx https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyyyyyyy 2. Upload the CSV File 1. Go to the New Import section in ChannelCrawler. 2. Click Upload CSV and select your file. 3. A message will confirm when the CSV structure is valid. 3. Review Your Imported Channels Once your CSV has been uploaded and validated: - A search is automatically created with the imported channels. - Click on the search to view the list of channels. Here, you can: - Apply filters to narrow down the channels that meet your criteria. - Extract a list of emails from these channels, if available. - Deduplicate these channels from future exports you create. 4. Enrichment for Missing Channels If any channels in your list are not in our database: - We will automatically findthem, so they’re ready for future searches and exports. Key Points - Imports help you quickly build a focused list of YouTube channels with emails where available. - Avoid paying for duplicate channels in your future exports. - Enrichment ensures no channel is missed for future outreach.
